Renowned Speakers

Stroke Congress 2018

On behalf of the committee, we welcome you to join the upcoming “7th International Conference on Neurological Disorders and Stroke” to be held during September 20-212018 in RomeItaly.

Brain Stroke Congress 2018 is a meeting of International level that involves Neuroscience organizations as well as Stroke committees to deliver their ideas on the future aspects of the diagnosis and treatment of Neurological disorders.

Neurological disorders, ranging from epilepsy to Alzheimer disease, from stroke to headache, are the diseases of the spines, brain and nerves that connects them.

stroke is a medical emergency that requires early treatment that indicates early action can minimize brain damage and potential complications. A stroke happens when there is interruption in blood supply to brain and when it happens, the brain cells begin to die and Stroke is ranked as the second leading cause of death in the Europe.

Scientific Discussion on Stroke:

Stroke occurs when an artery supplying blood to the brain either suddenly becomes blocked or begins to bleed which may result in part of the brain dying or leading to a sudden impairment that can affect a range of activities such as speaking, movement, thinking and communication.

Scientific Discussion on Cerebrovascular Disorders:

Cerebrovascular refers to blood flow in the brain. Arteries supplying oxygen to the brain are affected and bring about one of a number of cerebrovascular diseases. Most common is a stroke or mini-stroke and sometimes can be hemorrhagic strokeCerebrovascular diseases include carotid stenosis, vertebral stenosis and intracranial stenosis, aneurysms, and vascular malformations. Restriction in blood flow can be caused by vessel narrowing, clot formation, blockage or blood vessel rupture.

It is estimated that about 6 million deaths are due to cerebrovascular disorders. It is the second leading cause of death in the world and 6th most common cause of disability.

On behalf of Conference Series llc LTD, we take immense pleasure in inviting all the participants from all over the world to attend the Neurology conference entitled “7th International Conference on Neurological Disorders and Stroke” to be held on September 20-212018 in RomeItaly.

Stroke Congress 2018 has been planning and aiming to stimulate new techniques for treatment of neurological disorders and stroke that would be beneficial for the neurosurgery.

The conference will be organized around the theme ‘Melioration in Innovations with advancement in Neurological disorders and Stroke.

Our goal is to bring together worldwide distinguished academics in the field of Neurology and Brain to exchange and share meaningful experiences of various treatment procedures for neurological disorders and stroke.

stroke, can be called as a brain stroke, occurs when something blocks blood supply to part of the brain or when a blood vessel in the brain bursts. A stroke may come into effect by a blocked artery (ischemic stroke) or the leaking or bursting of a blood vessel (hemorrhagic stroke). People may have a temporary disruption of blood flow to their brain called transient ischemic attack.

NEUROLOGICAL DISORDERS

General InfoNeurological disorders, ranging from epilepsy to Alzheimer disease, from stroke to headache, affecting most of the people who are still under treatment and rehabilitation in Europe.

Neurological diseases are the diseases of the spines, brain and nerves that connect them. More than 600 diseases of nervous system are there such as Alzheimer’s diseaseParkinson’s disease, brain tumors, epilepsy etc.

Approximately one in six of the world’s population i.e. around up to 1 billion people, suffer from neurological disorders, from Alzheimer and Parkinson diseasestrokes, multiple sclerosis and epilepsy to migraine, brain injuries and neuroinfections.

In Czech Republic neurological disorders are the deadliest causes of harm overall that accounts to 6.3% of total population and with a total of 7043.2 mortality rate.

Present ScenarioGlobal statistics shows that 50 million people are suffering from epilepsy, 62 million from cerebrovascular disease, 326 million from migraine, and 24 million from Alzheimer disease and other dementias.

As per UN WHO report as the global population ages, the impact of neurological disorders will be felt both in developed and developing countries, reaching a significant proportion in countries with a growing percentage of the population over 65 years.

In Europe, the neurological disorder is spraying in such a manner that it has been estimated that 35% of all disease burden is attributable to neurological disorders i.e. affecting more than 160 million Europeans — 38% of the population each year. European Commission has significantly increased funding for research on brain diseases, with 5.3-billion-euro ear-marked between 2007 and 2017. This sum, shared between the 165 million sufferers in Europe, works out at just over 3 euros per person per year.

In Czech Republic, the Specialized Centers is focusing on physical therapeutic approach for the treatment of adults and children suffering from neurological disorderIn Czech Republic, yearly more than 630 patients are hospitalized and provided treatment for approximately 4.350 out-patients within the department.

Scope at Verge: In order to reduce the impact of neurological disorders in overall world, innovative approaches involving strong partnerships are made to come in action. WHO in partnership with key non-governmental organizations developed a report in the field of neurological disorders and organizations caring for people affected by them. Presently drug medication is used as a scope to treat neurological disorder in Europe and the market for neurological disorder drugs has been extensively analyzed based on their usefulness, effectiveness, sales revenue and geographic presence. The market size and forecast in terms of US$ Mn for each disorder, drug class, distribution channel as well as geographic regions has been provided for the period from 2016 to 2024.

Rehabilitation as a medical field has a long tradition in the Czech Republic. Intensive, timely and professionally managed rehabilitation is the only scope at verge to bring impact on the results of neurological disorders treatment both after surgery and during sickness.

STROKE

General Info: A stroke is a medical emergency that requires prompt treatment that indicates early action can minimize brain damage and potential complications. A stroke happens when there is interruption in blood supply to brain and when it happens, the brain cells begin to die.

Worldwide stroke is a leading cause of death and disability accounting for 1 in 10 deaths and a total of 44 million years of healthy life lost each year. The lifetime risk of stroke is 1 in 5 for women, 1 in 6 for men in whole world.

Across the European Union over the last two decades there has been a welcome reduction in the proportion of people having a stroke. According to the latest WHO data published in May 2014 Stroke Deaths in Czech Republic reached 10,394 or 11.86% of total deaths. The age adjusted Death Rate is 51.10 per 100,000 of population ranks Czech Republic #127 in the world

Present ScenarioWorldwide stroke has already reached epidemic proportions.  Current trends suggest that the number of annual deaths will climb to 6.7 million by 2018 without appropriate action.

Stroke incidence rates in low- to middle-income countries in overall is exceeding than that of incidence rates seen in high-income countries by 20%. Today, 2 out of every 3 people who suffer from a stroke live in low- and middle-income countries. The Burden of Stroke in Europe is going on increasing and by the time between 2015 and 2035, overall there will be a 34% increase in the total number of stroke events in the EU.

The annual mortality rate per 100,000 people from stroke in Czech Republic has decreased by 36.4% since 1990, an average of 1.6% a year. For men, the deadliness of stroke in Czech Republic peaks at age 80+. It kills men at the lowest rate at age 10-14. At 2818.7 deaths per 100,000 men in 2013, the peak mortality rate for men was higher than that of women, which were 2561.1 per 100,000 women. Women are killed at the highest rate from stroke in Czech Republic at age 80+. It was least deadly to women at age 1-4.

Scope at verge: Various stroke campaigns like “One in Six Campaign” are being held to diagnose and treat stroke affected people worldwide. People around the world are guided by National Clinical Guidelines for stroke that is covering the management of patients with acute stroke and the secondary prevention of stroke.

Therapeutic approach, Rehabilitation Centre and Medication Centre are the present scope to get back a normal life after being affected with stroke in Europe. NINDS shows the NIHSS score to be useful in identifying patients with higher hemorrhagic risk. Patients with a score of 20 or more on the NIHSS had a 17% chance of intracranial hemorrhage, whereas the risk of bleeding was only 3% among those with a score less than 10. So, the early stage of stroke can be treated easily rather than the case becomes a major one.

Rehabilitation encompasses a long tradition within the Czech Republic as a medical field platform. Intensive, timely and professionally managed rehabilitation is that the solely scope at verge to bring impact on the results of medical specialty of stroke treatment by giving medications and different therapeutic approaches.
