Biography
Krisztián Pozsegovits, M.D. is the chief of service at the Neurology Department of Dr. Kenessey Albert Hospital in Hungary since 2012. Krisztián is a graduate of Semmelweis University, Budapest, Hungary. After graduation he launched his career at the National Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Budapest, the cradle of the acute stroke and epilepsy service in Hungary, where he began his neurology training and specialization in stroke from 2002 to 2007. During this period he obtained neurosonology certification, and learnt the basics of research and presentation techniques. He spent 8 months in Akita, Japan as a stroke epidemiology fellow.
